A road trip-You can plan it for Me if you like :)

Were taking a vacation! From Southern CA.  Rancho Cucamonga to Victoria B .C. If you love planning trips and really want to,go ahead and plan it for Me.I'm not kidding. We want to travel 300 or so miles a day.We always stay at AAA 3 star hotel/motels and were taking our two tiny dogs with us. The only plan I have is to stay maybe one or two nights in the Empress hotel and have tea.Since we've spent our lives in South.CA,We've both traveled several times up to San Fran. but not past.Low fat for tea-wonderful thought,

also low fat fun for tea and coffee.

I do love staying near nature, don't you? My dear Paul says He wants to drive the Hwy 5-eeks all the way up and the 101 all the way down. In our new Toyota Rave 4 we just bought last week.

Not diet :(
Enjoy your week.No more planning holidays for now-YES.I like the freedom until Nov.I wonder if I'm alone in feeling this way.
Gods blessings I pray to all that come by this way-Denise

Hello Denise,
Your post did show up, at least for me it did.
I have been to Vancouver several times to visit my son and his family but I've never been to Victoria and enjoyed tea at the Empress. What an experience that would be! Enjoy your trip and thank you for joining me for tea.

Blessings,
Sandi

I've not really traveled the northwest. Flew in to Portland for a weekend interview and saw a bit of the coast there which is very beautiful. Very lush, green and wet which for this Arizonian is a nice place to visit but not so much to live as moss would grow on my north side :o)
Have a great day.
Always, Queenie

Sounds like a wonderful trip. And by all means stop for tea.

What a delightful post , with beautiful little pictures . The little girl is so cute. How I would love to sit outside with you and listen to the birds. We might have to make it a little later than 5.30 in the morning though! I thought I hadn't seen you here for a while, and now quite a few of your posts have popped up all at once!

One of my favourite songs that makes me realise God’s always around. — Dancing with God, Verse 1: You dance over me While I am unaware, You sing all around But I never hear the sound, Chorus: Lord, I’m amazed by You Lord, I’m amazed by You Lord, I’m amazed by You How You love me Verse 2: You paint the moring sky With miracles in mind, My hope will always stand, For You hold me in Your hand.
