Thank you Pier One Imports for a great looking idea.
The other day in Pier One I noticed cloth napkins that had been doubled up and put in napkin rings and to Me they looked like bouquets of flowers. So I picked out My pattern and color choices and here they are. I love them :)
I don't know why I've never tried doubling them up before. You do need a wider napkin ring though.Maybe everyone's been doing this for Years-just not Me : /
Now for a morning sip......My newest coffee cup-thank you Avon ......
and across from Me as I sip I can see the face of My husband and His sisters as children.Darling little boy, looks like several of His Grandchildren.

I've been in a lovely mood, savoring the charm of the weather. Rancho Cucamunga is up against the Mountains near a huge pass in which high winds blow from the desert often. I love it, (some don't).Some of You may know I live next to a golf course, the fairway creates even higher winds. The magic in the wind enchants Me,My husband listens to My frequent comments of how gorgeous the warm magical winds are.I don't know if He really gets what I'm babbling about, but My God hears Me and I know He enjoys My enjoyment.I wish I could express in words just how magical it feels and sounds.I never want to leave.I do know one SWEET blogger who can express similar experiences. You must visit
Vanessa at Fanciful Twist ....and feel Her words. For My Tea and Coffee time this week I'm linking up to one of My all time favorite blogs
Rose Chinz Cottage where Sandi has a Tea Time Tues. Please drop by and join Us.Thank You for visiting ,until next time-Love Denise

Great idea for the napkin rings! I love Vanessa's blog.
I love your bouquet, and I think I understand completely what your saying about the wind....I am always blessed to close my eyes and feel the wind blow on me, our Lord referred to the Holy Spirit as being like the wind :) Blessings my friend
Lovely post, Denise. You did express your love of the winds quite perfectly. Susan
Awesome my friend.
I can't believe how perfectly your napkin ring matches the flower on your new coffee cup! After being trapped in our house in Northern Ohio with all the snow this winter and a bad cold - I think the morning air feels and smells like magic, too!
Rancho Cucamunga........ wasn't that in the news lately? Did you have a fire there? I remember thinking what a strange name :) I too love the wind but i like a cool wind not a warm one.... I've lived in desert like conditions for so many years that the sound of the wind in the trees is music to my ears....not many trees around where i have lived...
Oh yes i do know Vanessa! Just lovely...... Hugs!deb
Oh the napkin and the coffe mug :D they are almost alike. I love the lace of it.
And, it makes me happy whta you mentioned that your husband almost like with his grandchildren :). I too! I look so much like my grandma in many ways. and that's the proud thing of my grandma.
Glad that God released the joy! and Vanesa's blog is lovely. Thanks for sharing.
Blessing,
Delvalina
I hope you are having a lovely Sunday! It's always a joy to spend a little time with you and I want to visit Vanessa today, too! I live next to a golf course here in Florida and love it! It's always so beautiful! Sweet hugs, Diane
Hi Denise,
I am so pleased to meet you. I love your napkin idea and will definitely try it. Such a pretty mug too! I do understand your feelings about the wind. Thank you for visiting me! Have a wonderful week! Karen
I will have to visit your friend's blog. I think God speaks to each of us in different ways. I love gentle breezes, not winds. so He has put you in the right place! I'm blessed with gentle breezes here :) I love the picture of the woman crossing the stream, so pretty! blessings to you Denise!
Hi Denise,
I love the look of doubled napkins and I have several of those lacy ones which I found at Pier 1 last summer. Pretty mug! Soft winds are lovely, aren't they? We very seldom get them here on the Island. Our winds are usually high and I can't keep anything very fancy hanging on my front door because of it. Thank you for your post and joining me for tea. Have a beautiful day.
Blessings,
Sandi
Pretty floral napkin ring, and mug too! I didn't realize you have Avon in the US - I wonder if the catalogues are the same? I've been wearing their Platinum skin care for a couple of years and like it, although I don't buy much else.
As I walked out of the grocery store this afternoon I felt a relatively cool breeze on my face and thought how pleasant it was! I can understand though sometimes it can get a bit raucous and then I get a bit nervous.
Your flower napkins are lovely!
Denise, your blog picture and your post made me want to visit this magical place you call home. I love the wind too, love how God can sometime whisper in the wind. Lovely post.
Sweet Denise! I got lost on my detour on Vanessa's link! It's as if her magic blog was a rabbit hole down which I fell!!!!! I am back here to tell you that I too feel a presence in the garden, a voice in the wind that only you can hear when all stress and concerns are shut out. I so understand your love for the outdoors and God's gracious gift to us. I believe we were truly created to recreate in the garden of His love.
Thank you so much for visiting today! Anita
