Imagine ---An Easter egg hunt in a beautiful hedgerow maze.It would be fun.Well, maybe for some, but scary enough that a grown up would have to come. It's done at Halloween with hay, why not this with eggs ? My family has never done this, well maybe someday.
The Gentlemen's Tea table.What's in their cups ? |
Tea, of course at the ladies table. |
and Maddie will be center of attention. |
Prayers said stories read .Yes, every Year for sure......
If at Grannies house this Year the hedgerow maze will not really be there.Only in Grandma's great never ending imagination.

That sounds like fun, but difficult. In Hawaii there is a maze at Dole Pineapple, and we got really lost.
I love you, and your precious imagination.
I participated in a fun raising straw maze with the grands a few years ago and granny had to be rescued - for the life of me I couldn't find my way out.
Kids would probably like a hedgerow maze though, especially if chocolate eggs would lead the way.
Hello Denise,
You do have a wonderful imagination and your little ones must love it! That little one in the lamb's hat is just too cute! Thank you for sharing with us at Tea Time and have a lovely week. Happy Spring!
Blessings,
Sandi
Adventures among the hedgerows following Peter Rabbit's tail,
And when you find your way out, tea in the garden.
A beautiful tale!
I loved your poetry :).
An egg hunt in a hedgerow would be a lot of fun with tea and other goodies at the end. Fun post! Happy Tea Day and Happy Spring!
I love your whimsical tea post! I have always wanted to walk a hedge labyrinth! Wouldn't that be an experience!
The gentleman's tea table looks very fun to me!
Happy Spring!
Terri
I enjoyed this post. I have always enjoyed mazes. Around here we have corn row mazes in the fall. Never been anywhere that had hedgerows enough for a maze but it looks like fun!
Ooooh, that would be so much fun! So lovely to stop by and visit you, dear Denise. Love and hugs, my friend!
Wow it would sure be loads of fun ;-)
Smiles~

Happy Spring, indeed! They're calling for snow again tonight. *sigh*
Always good to hear from you!

That would be so much fun! :D yeah i can imagine that!
Anyway, Happy spring! :) I wish I could enjoy it someday.
Thanks so much for your comment--sure you can feature me on your blog...thanks for asking :)
That would be so much fun, Denise! Here where I live we have only a corn maze in autumn.
Happy Spring my friend!

Love all the pictures you shared, esp the gentleman's tea. Egg hunts are so much fun. Love your imagination!
It must always be fun at your home! Fun post Denise.
An Easter egg hunt in a maze! I have only been in corn mazes.
Love ya, Linda
Oh my! This "granny" was so excited to hear there is another blogger close by. Most live so many miles away. Another sweet lady lives in Orange County area and we share notes.
:):) I have that very Peter Rabbit tea set...I didn't buy the tablecloth and now I am sorry. Tiny tea sets ..I love them. I live in a Fairy Tale world as well, and it's such a nice place to be. What a pleasure to read your post today!
Love,
Mona
What a neat idea. I think it would depend on how big the maze would be. Some are managable, aome are not. It would be fun for the Grandchildren.

If I were to go on an Easter Egg hunt anywhere I'd grab your hand and our girl gnomes and travel to far off places. Over hills and dales we'd go in search of charming eggs and then we would trade while sipping raspberry tea and eating chocolate brownies! Jackie is back blogging from Once Upon a Fairyland days. Oh how grand is your post today my friend! I am making a tea party in my yard this year, even if friends are too busy to come. I will go out there with Ruben and we shall enjoy our tea with the rabbits in our garden! Oh I love the idea of prayer, story telling, tea, cakes, friends, animals! So darling are the images.
Denise, thank you. Thank you for coming to leave such validating words. Though I may never be published as a poet (I hope one day I will), my goal is to put wings on peoples' hearts, and your comment today showed me that maybe I can.
GOD BLESS!
