In Southern CA. with the mild Winters, esp in Rancho Cucamunga, We need to get Our gardens ready now.
I'm surprising them with new plants they have previous requested. They wanted several they could extract water from,so I included more succulents.
I still have time to paint their old main gathering place-with the frog on top.I also want to surprise them with some beautiful extra glimmer shimmer and shine too before their arrival date. They have always told Me how much they appreciate their original grape vine from their large home before we downsized. They've expressed how much they love all the birds,so feeders of all types are in place.
While I'm waiting I'm busy making several Valentine tags and ATCs. Here's just a few.Trying to explain to My Husband what His long time lover and Valentine is up to in Her later years. His"with it" young wife, chef to His little girls, shopper of important items for family life is gone. His new lover yes is so different yet the same. It's hard to explain to a man.It all just makes Him laugh and happy for Me.

Auntie Denise, you saved the best for last. "The first shall be last and the last shall be first".
I think the Faeries are going to love their new homes and gardens.
It's too cold to think about outdoor planting but we are making a list of what we want to plant - lilacs, Lily-of-the-Valley, Johnny Jump-ups, ♫ these are a few of our favorite things ♫

So awesome.
Hi Denise, I love the redecorating you have done and continue for the fairies in your garden. Your tags are darling and your sweetest Valentine is a bundle of cuteness.
Enjoy the weekend and thank you for stopping by to the party.
Blessings and Hugs
My faerie garden is buried under 2 ft. of snow! I can't wait to see spring. The valentine's look sweet. Your little Maddie Kaye is adorable. That's how my middle name is spelled too!
Good morning Denise, I'm thinking about my fairies and gnomes these days and how I'll surprise them this year when I place a new play ground in the garden for them. I enjoyed your pampering today and like your wee little plants you have added. Perhaps a water bottle and spray them a couple of shots then cover them in the sun for a couple of hours to pirspire, sounds like a sauna and fun,
Hello there sweet Denise! Fairies, garden gnomes and creatures...everyone is getting their Valentines ready to distribute! teeheheehhe....oh, how my garden is buried under so much snow, but I know that the day will come when we can see our moss again and feel the summer breeze. Thank you my friend, for coming to visit. May LOVE overflow from your life! Anita
Denise I am loving your post today. I so want to make a faerie garden in my yard. Your pictures are so inspiring to help me get started. I had everything ready to start an indoor faerie garden except the inspiration. Now I feel inspired! Thank you!
Your little Maddie Kaye is the sweetest Valentine of all!!
So nice to see "green" things! We won't see that for a good couple of months yet. Your ATCS are cute!
Hi Denise...we have had a return to winter and are still under snow and ice! I haven't been out of the house since last Thursday.
Love your tags...you are so talented.
Love your thoughts about your hubby...I can relate.
