Pink cartoon house

Over this past Christmas holiday  I became enchanted by all the beautiful pastel tiny houses.I knew I would eventually TRY and make My own.My Mom and Grandma had the original German type and I did inherit theirs but the ones I saw all over blogland were so much prettier. After Christmas sales at Target I found two darling houses under glass for a couple of dollars each.Well,I started by making home made play dough and had a fun and funny day building My cartoon house. Yesterday I went to Joann's and spent $75.00 on I don't know what but there was the best sale.I found this little gnome but He can't fit through the door to His new home-Oh Me Oh My-what's a gnome to do.He's going to have to finish His yard Himself ,maybe a lake to fish in and row His boat while  singing a love song to a sweetheart.Well, it's just a peek at what He and I are now working on.I'm thankful to the Lord that He guides Me to have fun in life while I'm waiting for HIM. I'm joining Gratitude Sunday blog party and The Craft party at Esty Cottage style

Hello Denise! Here I am! Didn't you join one of my swaps??

When I first started blogging years ago, I knew every single person who followed or came by. Sometimes I wish I could start all over again!

What delightful little houses, and I'm glad you're having fun with them. Hope all is well with you over there.

I don't think the tiny size of the door on this uber cute pink house will keep the gnome from being cozy and comfortable. Very sweet creations. Happy Hearts are Creative Hearts...

Charming! Sweet little houses bring out the kid in us, right? I love making a tiny fairy garden in a planter dish each spring. :)

How adorable! My boys are so crazy about these little houses (they seem to be everywhere at Christmas time). Perhaps I should make some playdough and try to make our own.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I'm following you on GFC now :)

First Denise...I will say it again and again! I am so dang proud of you for the weight loss. I bet you feel a million times more healthy and more energy. You did it and you have done well.

It is easy to spend a few bucks while making gnomes happy. I would do anything in this world to make Gnomeland their sweet gnome sweet home.

Stopping by to give you a hug....squeeze!

HELLO DENISE! This little house reminds me so much that we are very much on the same page, as far as enjoying the "little things in life." I love small fairy homes, and I have a few that I have collected over the years. This one is just darling; can you make one for your garden? We made one for the birds in our garden and it is hilarious to watch them to in and make their nests...the squirrels as well try to fit, but they are too large for the hole!!!!!

Thank you for coming by and yes, all is well. I am going to Garden Grove to stay with a cousin and will spend much needed time with family. I also hope to get over to Orange County AND Santa Monica, to walk on the beach, if the weather behaves!

Whittier Blvd many not be on my itinerary; I will be on the Metro and Ruben is actually staying back to work.

ENJOY YOUR EVENING! Anita

I love little houses and cottages and all! You found some bargins! I think these would be just as adorable done in pastel Easter colors! Maybe with a tiny bunny or chick?
Love ya kiddo,
Linda

Denise, I finally got smart and shop for my groceries BEFORE going to JoAnn's. Believe me there have been times I came home with more craft supplies than food!
I can't tell if your Gnome is very little, or your cute pink house is very large. Either way, oh so cute! Your joy shines through! Elizabeth

One of my favourite songs that makes me realise God’s always around. — Dancing with God, Verse 1: You dance over me While I am unaware, You sing all around But I never hear the sound, Chorus: Lord, I’m amazed by You Lord, I’m amazed by You Lord, I’m amazed by You How You love me Verse 2: You paint the moring sky With miracles in mind, My hope will always stand, For You hold me in Your hand.
