Thurs. Tea Time

Tea through time...

We've  always seem to savor the niceties and ritual .

Make new friends but keep the old,one is silver and  the other  gold   ; )
What fun We can make it.

"BFF" Best friends forever.

The use of our finest china , silver and linen being enjoyed or even casual. The company of other women with the same interest. Whether it be stitches, hooking, scrapping or even sailing and singing. It's also nice to pass it on to young girls.Enjoy the peace it carries with it.Blogging has become the Chit Chat or Sew and Chat Club of our Grandmothers time.I know they would come to understand it and enjoy it.Lets pass it on.

Hi Denise,
Tea time is such a lovely time to spend with friends or just by yourself. I know I always make myself a cup of tea around 2:00 in the afternoon. It just picks me up.
As for blogging, I know I'm enjoying it! It has surely changed my life but I'm quite certain my grandmother wouldn't have had time to blog back in her day. I have been trying to get my aunt to start a blog but she doesn't think she can it. Pity, because she has lots to share!
Thank you for joining me for tea today. I had to fix your link for you. I'm not sure what happened, but it's working now. Hope you're having a wonderful day.

Blessings,
Sandi

What a wonderful post! You are spot on about tea...at least in my world. A time of gentility, friendship, relaxation and appreciation. Thanks so much!

Hi my friend. This is so fun and I totally agree...blogging is sort of like the coffee time my mom and her neighbors had when the kids went off to school. But, I think blogging is more fun and inspiring and oh the nice new friends(like you) that I keep meeting.

This was delightful and make me want to throw a tea party which I have not done since I was a little girl. :)

Tea parties are such fun but my drink of choice is hot chocolate!

I have come over from Anitas at Castles crowns and cottages.

Have a great weekend, Elizabeth

Hello Denise, tea time is a very special time - and it is made even more special since we all have found each other - Kindred Spirits and can share each week. I love your vintage images - I appreciate you sharing with Home and Garden Thursday,
Kathy

One of my favourite songs that makes me realise God’s always around. — Dancing with God, Verse 1: You dance over me While I am unaware, You sing all around But I never hear the sound, Chorus: Lord, I’m amazed by You Lord, I’m amazed by You Lord, I’m amazed by You How You love me Verse 2: You paint the moring sky With miracles in mind, My hope will always stand, For You hold me in Your hand.
