Being a coffee lover, I have studied and tasted many varieties of coffee from all areas.
I've coffee tasted at Goldie's Joint when I was young, |
at the best B&Bs |
Now though, I'm having bariatric surgery,so I must do more research in finding a decaf coffee that will also be gentle on My new sweet little tummy.Grain, water press,or a brand name like Click?Oh gee I can't decide. If you have any suggestions I would love it.Decaf. and not full of acid-gentle on the new baby darling tummy :)

"Oh My Goodness"! I do not know how to help you! I "AM" a fellow COFFEE LOVER...While everyone here is taking tea, "I'm looking for a WHOLE POT of coffee! I drink mine black and I really don't like flavored ones AT ALL! Although I did find a "tirimasu" coffee at TJMAXX that was TO DIE FOR! It is NOT SWEET, just perfect! In time will you be able to go back to REGULAR COFFEE? I would think the DECAF PART is not good? I will see what I can find for you...
Have a great weekend,

Hello my little sparkle girl!!!
Start drinking green smoothies- much better for your system!!! I have been drinking them as well as Arbonne shakes(blended with strawberries and bananas and gave up coffee even though i wasnt trying to!! Read my blog tobibrittonslivinggreen- It is so funny, I just wrote about it!
Love ya-and sparkly hugs,
Tobi and the Pixies!
You can add a little coffee to a protein shake as well
I love coffee too! Good luck with your surgery! sandie
Good luck. I detoxed from regular to decaf a few years ago. Don't go cold turkey! There is a half cafe to get you started. Experiment and find one that tastes good and doesn't hurt your tummy. I would try the smoothie pre-op to make sure your tummy tolerates those, too.
I like the Maxwell House decaf, but everyone is different. GOOD LUCK!
Fun post! Good luck on your surgery.
