Dad's halloween song He wrote in the sixties

Whats the matter whats the chatter in the moon light ?Whats the creep-en and the crawling  that you hear ? Mmmust.... be..... Willard don't you know,He's a thriller don't you  know  and a terror round these parts....round these parts.....H e e--w a l k s...  a r o u n d  in His UNDERWEAR,His great delight simply is to SCARE.........AAAAHHHH!
By,David Gulino in the early sixties-His Halloween song.Dad's 81 now and still writes songs and poems.Dad says I have it a little bit wrong but that is how I remember it.
