"Take a look at the 5 and 10,glistening once again......."

This has always been a song I've enjoyed each Christmas season, "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...."

Go ahead,"Take a look at the 5 and 10,glistening once again  :)

I have lived down the street for the last 6 Years from a Tai Pan Trading,a Marie Osmond store. I'm not sure if She is still involved with the store.Mine has down sized and cut the space of their building by it looks to Me, an 8th.

These pics are after the down size, can You imagine what it looked like before?

I still go there often, although I miss the larger space.

The store has wonderful supplies of  DIY decor. and ready made.
It's very hard at Christmas not to be joyful in this store,

20140813-_-277E.jpgThey're  located in UT,ID, CA. and I'm really hoping they're not all downsizing.            Tai Pan Trading This is not a Co. Advertisement, I just Love this store, esp. at Christmas and I have a feeling it's all over for the one in My city and I'm pretty sure it will be closing .....so go ahead take a look at the 5 and 10 glistening once again. Blessings and hugs Your way-Denise

Those lines from that wonderful classic song brought back childhood memories! It's fun to look back.

Sending blessings from here on the farm where the donkeys, chickens, and dog are all staying out of the cold rain. I don't miss snow --- I really like our bare, brown southern winters.

OH! How very bright and beautiful, Denise!
I would love to find myself in this store, but maybe it is a good thing I do not live close.

I too love and find myself humming or singing that song, especially when the snow is falling.

Merry Christmas!
Debbie

Good evening sweet Denise! I am late getting to all my favorite blogs since I had very little time this morning! But isn't the season of friendship, family and love all around just wonderful? I wish every day of the year could be so wonderful. Thank you for visiting, and thank you for noticing my last bit of poetry. Yes, imagine that He came in the rags of human flesh so we could rise in robes of eternal glory? I get chills.

One of my favourite songs that makes me realise God’s always around. — Dancing with God, Verse 1: You dance over me While I am unaware, You sing all around But I never hear the sound, Chorus: Lord, I’m amazed by You Lord, I’m amazed by You Lord, I’m amazed by You How You love me Verse 2: You paint the moring sky With miracles in mind, My hope will always stand, For You hold me in Your hand.
