The picking of the winner and......always dreaming :)

A winner was picked out of My basket by My husband Paul.The winner was to help Me celebrate My 61 birthday. Thank You all who left Me birthday wishes on My last post.The winner was Lady Linda.Visit Her blog,She is a lovely lady with a interesting fun blog .As for me....Well I've  been feeling very happy and content with the cooler weather and the coming of Fall here in S.CA. The heat waves I believe are over, hopefully.Time for Me to relax in the cool weather and plan for the holidays and dream of perfect vacations spent frolicking in the enchanted forests with the hobbits, fairies, gnomes and Grandbabies while Paul fishes, eats, naps and plays with the dogs :)

My birthday in the Shire and birthday giveaway to You from Me.

Please join these friends and come to My birthday festival.It will be held in the Shire right past the Fairy Forest.

We will have the party procession together starting at sunset.Thank You for helping Me celebrate 161 years.

There will be a few of My favorite Men acting as guards and guides  along the procession through the early evening in the forest .

As night falls We will arrive at the Great Tree Hall for the night's festival. Your babies and children will be well cared for by My nannies....

 Here We are, come inside and have a bite to eat as You enjoy the music of the whistle and flute.........

Or You might want to join the group of ladies outside on the hilltop where

 the night festival of dancing to our Lord God is taking place.Tea  and breakfast will be served through the night.

State Fair 1945-A Grand ol' Fair-What a Fair it was.One of  My favorite movies and actors too.

LA county Fair 2013,not the State Fair,but Our Fair. Temps over 100 !

She was busy making a  sale of lemonade to Her Brother. Maddie and Jacob.

Boy!Were not as young as We use to be.You can sure tell that at the Fair.May have to be our last.What a life time of memories both Paul and I have at Our Fair.

The fragrance of Cinnamon is in the air.

It's that time of year.The store is in full swing Fall  decor.Cinnamon is in the air and the promise of Christmas right behind.

Yes,Lilac Temptations are filling My kitchen and even appearing in other little corners of My home. 

Yes,You can buy all colors on QVC.I'm just plain sold on Lilac though :)I also love Stash Tea,this time in ginger peach green matcha.

A half price Fall wreath is up on My door.Tai Pan had them,most were in bad shape from last year.I went through all of them and found a perfect one,put My ribbon on from last year and ....TA..DA!  A brand new wreath.
